The employee will assist the editor of the “Pray Tell” in all aspects of maintaining the blogsite.

This position assists the Development Office for the School of Theology·Seminary with organizing and executing Theology Day events.

Alum Relations and Media Specialist Assistant provides office, research, and technology support to the Development Office of the School of Theology-Seminary to coordinate and implement development and alum communication efforts, activities, projects, and events while assisting in implementing activities, projects, and events related to Annual Giving and Public Relations. This position offers a student employee the opportunity to further develop skills in research, technology, communication, excel data base usage, proofreading, editing, and other office practices.

The tutor’s main responsibility is to consult individually with students from CSB/SJU and SOT/SEM to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a piece of that student’s writing in regard to structure, content, clarity, and editing issues.  The tutor and student then work together to improve both the writer’s writing skills and the specific paper in question.

Ambassadors are generally expected to work at least two shifts per week. This will vary depending on the academic schedule, the ambassador's schedule, and SOT-Sem development needs.

The graduate student Emmaus Hall Painter position is a student employee position.  The Emmaus Hall painter is responsible for all facets of room painting jobs: assessment, room prep, painting, touch-up, cleaning, and equipment care.

The student will can deteriorating Graduate Papers and Theses for the School of Theology/Seminary. Skills needed are: respect for the authors of the papers; ease in usingthe scanning machine; care in disassembling and reassembling the materials; accuracy in checking that all pages are present; flexibility in letting others use the scanning machine when necessary.

Assist in all aspects of producing a new hymnal for St. John's Abbey (a locally-produced hymnal).

The graduate student Hospitality Assistant position is a student employee position. The Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for planning, set-up, and clean up for events in Emmaus Hall and for occasional School of Theology*Seminary events in other venues.  It is expected that the Hospitality Assistant be creative in fulfilling her/his duties.
